She made me feel a lot better about my condition.

The provider did not act rushed or impatient. I felt I had his time and attention for however long was necessitated by my conditions/symptoms.

I am not pleased that my x-rays for this follow up visit had not been read. I did not receive any information for an update to my neck condition. As of today [...] I still have not gotten any update from those x-rays for the fractures in my neck.

I love Cori and she listened to my concerns and suggested options. We discussed maybe things before ultimately starting a plan of action.
